Apostle Dr. Sharon Billins is a dynamic apostolic and prophetic leader, commissioned by God to equip and empower the Body of Christ through revelatory teaching and supernatural demonstration. A graduate of Florida State University, Dr. Billins is the visionary founder and presiding apostle of Palm Tree International Ministries, headquartered in Columbus, Georgia.
At the heart of her ministry is The SAMUEL School of the Prophets—an advanced training ground for fivefold ministers based on Ephesians 4:11. Through this school and a powerful international teaching curriculum, Dr. Billins is raising up apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers—licensing and ordaining them to carry the Gospel with boldness and accuracy to the nations.
