At Palm Tree International Ministries, we have an advanced School of Ministry called The Samuel School of the Prophets which trains fivefold ministers. Its mission is to empower God’s people through His Word. Palm TreeInternational Ministries is a teaching and equipping ministry whose intention is to raise up five-fold ministers…licensing and ordaining them so that they may go into all parts of the world.

Meet Dr. Sharon Billins
Dr. Sharon Billins is the presiding Apostle of Palm Tree International Ministries based out of Columbus, Georgia. Palm Tree International Ministries is a teaching and equipping ministry whose intention is to raise up five-fold ministers… licensing and ordaining them so that they may go into all parts of the world. Psalm 92:12-The righteous shall flourish like a Palm Tree.
Dr. Billins is a graduate of Florida State University and has been commissioned by God to equip the body of Christ through revelatory teachings based on Ephesians 4:11…five-fold ministry curriculum . She has traveled to many nations preaching and teaching the saints of God. Palm Tree Ministries provides the spiritual covering for The Remnant Churches of Columbus, Georgia and Tallahassee, Florida, The SAMUELSchool of the Prophets, Covenant Partners, Covenant Pastors , Churches and Ministries, Palm Tree Intl Business Alliance, and many sons and daughters.
Apostle Dr. Sharon Billins has been blessed with an extraordinary gift.. walking in the office of the Prophet. She has prophesied to Kings, Generals, Politicians,Businesses, Entertainers,and people from all walks of life. Dr. Billins operates in miracles, signs, and wonders. Many have documented testimonies of their healing. Five couples who could not have children were prayed for by Apostle Billins who miraculously conceived and gave birth to a child. Many were healed in their vision.
Dr. Billins brings a life-changing word to every arena that she travels to. She is the proud mother of Norris Jackson Billins Jr… an anointed drummer, and Prophetess Tiffany Billins, the Youth Pastor at The Remnant Church of Columbus, Georgia.
